THE ROLE
Our Client Services department is responsible for:
- Deployment of our onsite and online software solutions for our clients
- Provision of business, accounting and technology consultancy services
- Provision of recurring and scheduled accounting services
- Responding to accounting and technical problems/issues raised through the help desk services either online or by telephone
- Provision of onsite technical support services
We require a manager for the Client Services department who will be responsible for the delivery of our Business Outlook™ financial management services for our small and medium business clients in an environment of rapid growth and increasing demands for our services.
In addition the manager will be responsible for supervising and managing 50 or more members of staff.
Interest candidates MUST at a MINIMUM possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree, Finance / Accounting Option
- CPA(K).
- A natural flair for customer service and a passionate interest in developing a successful customer service career in the information technology services industry.
- Extensive experience in using accounting / ERP software systems.
- Experience in providing business oriented accounting consultancy to small or medium business owners.
You will have a great advantage if you posses the following additional qualifications and skills:
- Upper Second Class or above degree
- Overall grade B+ or above in KCSE with at least a B+ in both Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Outgoing personality and excellent presentation skills.
- Aged between 28 and 38 years.
