POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
We are a start-up information technology services company specializing in technology based financial management services for the small and medium enterprise in Kenya. We help organizations be more successful by designing and developing financial management software solutions and services that address business opportunities and challenges for our clients. We expect our client base to grow rapidly in the next 2-3 years.
Therefore, we require an .Net Software Developer who will be a key member of the Product Development Department that is involved in developing software technology that serves businesses by identifying business
problem areas and reviewing related information, and using the findings to develop and evaluate alternative options and finally implement
solutions.
THE ROLE
- Analyze client software requirements based on user input, collaboration with peers and
experiential knowledge to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Design and develop software solutions and product enhancements based on requirements specifications from the clients.
- Design test plan strategies and oversee test scripts to validate quality or performance of all new software
developments and enhancements.
- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Perform work flow analysis on business processes.
